Kiosk voice
The same IVR cadence as a mall directory. People clock it in a sentence and stop treating the robot as someone on shift.
Robot2Human · Heritage
A Robot2Human module that lets one platform become a concierge, clerk, tutor, or caregiver — without rewriting the robot. A second module, Heritage, rebuilds a sourced historical character for a museum floor, a touring exhibition, or a private family collection.
The gap
Humanoids are shipping with locomotion and cameras. Guests, shoppers, and students still hear a kiosk.
The same IVR cadence as a mall directory. People clock it in a sentence and stop treating the robot as someone on shift.
A greeting tree does not become a sales associate, a tutor, or a front-desk host by swapping a prompt.
Dialogue that cannot check in a guest, locate a SKU, or close a lesson is entertainment, not operations.
The modules
HumanoidSystems is the Robot2Human layer: voice, persona, memory, and the job graph. Keep your locomotion, perception, and safety stack. Load a shift worker — or a person of record.
HS-CM / R2H
Program the person of work: concierge, clerk, tutor, caregiver, household attendant. Dialogue that closes the job on shift.
How it mountsHS-HG / Heritage
Rebuild a historical character from sources — for a museum, a touring exhibition, or a private family collection. Bound to the record, not to improvisation.
Heritage moduleRole, voice, shift memory, and hard policy bounds — so the same chassis can hold a distinct person of work, or a sourced person of record.
Conversations that complete the job: check-in, floor help, lesson flow — or greet a visitor, interpret an object, and hand off to staff.
Audio I/O, an API, and an SDK. Integrate the module; do not rebuild NLP for every venue, gallery, or family house.
How it works
01 · Integrate
Sit the communication layer beside your controllers: audio, network, and a runtime on the robot.
02 · Author
Define identity, voice, knowledge, policies, and the task graph. A job persona — or a Heritage pack from sources.
03 · Deploy
Load the persona on a device or a site. Operators change role without a firmware rewrite.
04 · Operate
The robot speaks in character, stays in bounds, and works the scenarios you programmed — shift, gallery, or house.
Heritage module
Heritage rebuilds a character from the record you authorize: letters, logs, speeches, oral history, period voice if it exists. The robot stays in that person. It does not invent a life the archive does not hold, and it is not a claim that someone has returned.
A figure from the collection greets visitors, answers in character, points to the object, and defers when the record is silent.
Load a touring persona for the run of the show. Same chassis as the rest of the floor; different person of record.
A private presence built from the family’s own papers and recordings — for the house or a closed showing, not a public resurrection.

Industries
Program the persona for the floor you run — a job on shift, or a historical person in the gallery. The robot does not need a new body for a new job.
Persona · front-desk host
Check in a guest, answer house questions, route a complaint to staff.
Persona · floor associate
Find a SKU, explain a product, walk a customer to the aisle.
Persona · practice partner
Run a lesson, quiz with patience, keep the student inside the exercise.
Persona · routine companion
Keep company, remember preferences, call a person when the request is medical or urgent. Not a clinician and not medical advice.
Persona · household attendant
Take a spoken request, run a domestic routine, confirm before acting.
Persona · person of record
A sourced historical character for a museum, a touring exhibition, or a private family collection.
Persona programming
It is a deployable configuration: who the robot is on this shift, what it may say, what it must refuse, and which jobs it is allowed to close.

Who it’s for
Ship a humanoid with a conversation layer your customers can re-person — without owning our stack.
Map a site’s jobs onto personas. Skip custom NLP for every hotel, school, store, or gallery.
Change who is on the floor for the dinner rush, the classroom, or the night shift.
Load a Heritage pack from sources you own or license. Keep the person inside the record.

We’re opening a limited list. Tell us the platform and the job — or the collection. We write when a conversation makes sense, not a drip campaign.
